In short

• Some of the images on our site, on our social media and in our ads may be generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
• AI never shows how to do an exercise.
• Our muses are invented characters, made with AI. They are not customers, users or real people.
• Every AI-generated image carries the visible label "AI-generated image".

What AI can do

• Campaign images and covers.
• Scenery, backgrounds and textures.
• Our muses, full body, still or in motion, without equipment.

What AI never does

• Exercise or technique demonstrations. In the app and on the site, technique is shown in drawings made without AI and, once they arrive, in filmed videos of real people.
• Close-ups of equipment.
• Before and after images.
• Bodies made thinner or changed in any way.
• The face of a real person.

Our muses

• They are a small family of characters we invented with AI. They are all adults, with different ages, skin tones and bodies.
• They never appear as customers or users. They never tell a results story, never say "I used it" or "I did it" and never give testimonials.
• They never demonstrate exercises and never use equipment.
• None of them copies the face of a real person.

How we label images

• A visible label, "AI-generated image", on the image or right next to it, and in the alt text.
• We keep the original file of each generated image, with the content credential that the generator puts in it.
• If a platform strips information from the file when publishing, the visible label is still there.

Your data and AI

• We never use your photos or your data to generate images.
• No AI builds or changes your training plan, and no third-party AI service receives your data.
• We do not use our images to train AI models.
