Delete your account and data

How to delete everything UpBumbum keeps, in the app or without it, and what remains afterward.

Version 1, effective November 3, 2026.

On this page4

There are no accounts today

UpBumbum does not have user accounts yet. Everything you log stays on your device, and we have no copy. That is why deleting is up to you, in the app or in your browser, and it happens right away.

In the app

  1. Open the app and tap Profile.
  2. If you want a copy, first tap Export everything (JSON) under Privacy and data: it is the file that Import history reads if you use the app again. The Export history (CSV) spreadsheet opens in any spreadsheet app, but it cannot be imported back. Your Atelier comes out separately, in My Atelier > Export my Atelier (file).
  3. Under Privacy and data, tap Delete account and data.
  4. Tap Delete everything. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted: workouts and sets, your plan and your answers, measurements, weight, check-ins, "where you felt it", challenges, progress photos, your Atelier (mannequin, goal, tape measurements and history), consent records, settings, the error log, the device code and everything else the app stored in this browser.

What remains: only the age lock, if there is one, until the day it ends (1 year at most). It does not keep any health data.

Without the app

Delete the data that the site app.upbumbum.com stored in your browser:

  • iPhone (Safari): in the iPhone Settings app, open Safari (on iOS 18 or later, under Apps > Safari), then Advanced > Website Data, search for upbumbum.com and delete it.
  • Chrome (Android or computer): in Chrome Settings, open Site settings (on a computer, inside Privacy and security) and then the data stored by sites, search for upbumbum.com and delete it.
  • Other browsers: in the privacy settings, look for the option to delete a site's data.

If you added the app to your iPhone's Home Screen, delete through the app itself (above): its data is kept separate from Safari's.
